National minute of silence in memory of the fallen in the Great Patriotic War

Today, on June 22, at 12:00 Belarusian time, Belarus honors the memory of those who perished in the Great Patriotic War with a nationwide minute of silence. At this moment, throughout the country, the sound of metronome beats and the melody of the requiem will be heard, bells will toll in churches, and vehicles will sound their horns. In some places, traffic will be suspended.
