Restoration of the historical winery in Minsk
On Mayakovsky Street, 79, in Minsk, the restoration of the historical building of the former winery of Yevstafiy Lubanskiy, recognized as a historical and cultural monument, has begun. The reconstruction started in 2026 at the expense of the city budget, with a total of 31 million rubles allocated. The one-story annexes have already been demolished, and the facade has been almost completely cleaned of paint, revealing the original masonry. The future use of the building after restoration is not yet disclosed, but there is a discussion in the city about the possibility of opening a restaurant. The completion of the work is planned by the end of 2027.
